WHERE WE DELIVER

Switching Judy currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses available at checkout. If checkout does not accept an address, please contact customer.services@switchingjudy.co.uk before ordering.

PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH

Our canvases are produced to order in the UK. Please allow up to seven days for production before dispatch unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or in your order confirmation.

If an unexpected delay materially affects your order, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND CHARGES

Available delivery services, charges and estimated dates are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates begin after production unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Remote locations, public holidays, adverse weather and carrier disruption may affect delivery times.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, we will send the details to the email address supplied with the order after dispatch. Some services may provide only limited delivery updates.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If you notice an error, contact customer.services@switchingjudy.co.uk immediately with your order number and the correct address. We cannot guarantee a change after production or dispatch has begun and are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

DAMAGED OR MISSING DELIVERIES

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and product where possible and contact us as soon as reasonably possible. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found, first check with other members of the household, neighbours and any safe place identified by the carrier, then contact us so we can investigate.

RETURNS

Return arrangements and costs are explained in our Refund Policy. Please contact us for instructions before returning a product.
